The Houston Festival Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization serves as parade producer for the 2008 H-E-B Holiday Parade. The Foundation also produces the annual Houston International Festival. Proceeds benefit the Houston International Festival Education Programs.
